LEPTA SHIPPING CO., LTD. ordered S-715, 40,000DWT type bulk carrier, named “NORSE IKUCHI” and safely delivered to the owner on March 21, 2025. The vessel sailed out for Yeosu, South Korea to take the bunker at there. Then, will bounds for Australia and Italy.

M/V “NORSE IKUCHI” is the tenth vessel in series of 40,000DWT type bulk carriers project and is equipped with SOx scrubber for environmental friendliness, and is equipped with Unmanned operation(M0)system that satisfies EEDI Phase-3 regulations.　Furthermore, the ship adapts to NOx Tier3 regulation that represents the NOx reduction of about 80% from the NOx Tier 1 limit. Of cause, the log stanchions are installed at both side of the deck and are characterized by wide range capability for various cargoes.
